TradeBox (tradebox.vip) is a technology platform that lets users connect their accounts at third-party exchanges (via API) and configure automated trading agents. TradeBox is not a financial institution, broker, asset manager and does not provide investment advice or recommendations. TradeBox does not custody, hold or have access to user capital — all trades happen on the user's own exchange account.
Trading in financial markets, including crypto-assets, derivatives, leverage and related instruments, involves high risk and may result in partial or total loss of the invested capital. Past results — including those of any listed, simulated or community-copied agent — do not guarantee future results. The user acknowledges that:
To create an account the user must have legal capacity and be of legal age in their jurisdiction. The user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and API keys. We recommend creating API keys without withdrawal permission, IP-restricted whenever possible.
All plans include 10 (ten) days of Paper Money for testing in a simulated environment. Promoting an agent to Real Money is the user's sole decision and will take place on their exchange account.
Plans offered: Starter ($75 / 1,500 credits), Pro ($150 / 4,000 credits) and Max ($250 / 8,000 credits). From the Pro plan, the user can copy profitable community agents. Credits represent infrastructure and model usage. Unused credits may expire under the rules of the active plan.
Community-shared agents are provided "as is", with no performance guarantee. TradeBox does not endorse, recommend nor accept liability for third-party agents.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeBox, its affiliates, partners, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, lost-profit, moral or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.
We collect only the data needed to provide the service (email, name, platform usage telemetry and security logs). We do not sell personal data. API keys are stored locally in the user's desktop client whenever technically viable.
By creating an account and ticking the acceptance box, the user declares having read, understood and fully agreed with these Terms, the Risk Warning and the Privacy Policy.
